Lamborgcleani is a desktop app for DJs that cleans, organizes, and enriches your music library. It runs locally on your Mac or PC, reads your Traktor or rekordbox library directly, and applies a three-stage pipeline — Clean, Enrich, Enhance — to fix metadata, fill gaps, standardize genres, remove duplicates, and structure your collection for fast, confident mixing. It also includes automatic backups with full version history, smart playlists, album artwork embedding, and a complete rollback timeline so you can undo any change.
Currently supported: Traktor Pro and rekordbox. We read your native library files directly — no export or import needed. Want your DJ software supported? Send us a message and let us know.
Yes. Lamborgcleani is a native desktop app that runs entirely on your machine. All processing happens locally — your music files and library data never leave your computer unless you explicitly enable cloud backups. The app is code-signed and notarized by Apple, and only accesses the files it needs: your DJ software's library database and your music folders.
Lamborgcleani reads your DJ software's library file (Traktor's collection.nml or rekordbox's master.db) and your music folders for metadata and audio analysis. It never modifies your original library — it creates a new cleaned copy alongside it. The app does not access any other files on your computer.
The cleaning pipeline runs 100% locally. The only network calls are for account authentication, enrichment lookups (matching your tracks against music databases to fill missing metadata), and optional cloud backups if you enable them. Your actual music files are never uploaded unless you opt into the cloud backup service.
We never modify your original library file. Instead, Lamborgcleani reads your existing file and recreates a new, cleaned version. Your original is always preserved as a backup, so referring back to it is effortless.
Clean fixes what's broken — duplicate genres, messy formatting, encoding errors, store watermarks in artist or title fields, and stuck prefixes. Enrich adds verified information from trusted music databases — genres, labels, release years, remixer credits, BPM, key, and high-resolution album artwork. Enhance goes further with smart organization — building a clean genre taxonomy, generating service playlists, detecting duplicates, and structuring everything for fast browsing and confident mixing.
Yes. Processing happens locally on your machine, so the app needs to stay open while a run is in progress. You can track everything in real time on the Progress screen.
Yes. During enrichment, high-resolution artwork is matched and embedded directly into your audio files. Artwork is cached locally so repeat runs are fast. You can toggle artwork embedding on or off in your settings.
Yes. Before every run, a full snapshot of your library database is created automatically. Snapshots are delta-based — only changes are stored — so they're fast and don't eat disk space. You can browse your full backup timeline and restore any previous version at any time.
Yes. The UH-OH timeline tracks every change the app makes — metadata updates, playlist modifications, track additions. You can roll back by category (e.g. undo all genre changes), by specific field (e.g. only BPM), or by individual track. Every snapshot in the timeline is restorable, so you can always go back to exactly how things were.
Absolutely. We never touch your original files — we recreate your library instead of modifying it. Every run creates a snapshot with integrity verification (SHA-256 checksums, track count validation, corruption detection). Your previous versions are always there if you need them.
Cloud backup is available as an optional subscription. Your music files are stored in two separate locations — fast storage for quick restores and cold storage for disaster recovery. Only new or changed files are uploaded, so backups are efficient. You can also export backups to a USB drive.
Your existing playlists are never deleted or modified. Lamborgcleani only updates track metadata — playlist structure and track order remain untouched.
Yes. We preserve your full playlist hierarchy including folders and sub-folders. The structure you've built is respected — we only enrich what's inside.
Smart playlists auto-populate based on rules you define — filter by genre, BPM range, musical key, tags, or any metadata field. Combine conditions with AND/OR logic, set sort order and track limits. They refresh automatically as your library changes, and can be exported directly to Traktor or rekordbox.
Yes. Lamborgcleani detects existing MIK data in your comment, title, and artist fields and can preserve or integrate it. If you've already analyzed your library with Mixed In Key, we respect those fields and build on top of them — we won't overwrite your key or energy data.
No conflicts. We modify metadata fields only (genre, comment, tags). BPM, key, beatgrid, waveforms, and cue points are never touched — your analysis data stays exactly as it is.
Yes. DJ Library Tools lets you consolidate scattered music files into one location, merge two libraries of the same format, or convert between Traktor and rekordbox. All operations create a backup first, so nothing is lost.
Almost everything. Clean Settings lets you configure format conversion rules (WAV to FLAC, etc.), build custom filename patterns with your preferred separators and casing, and set up automatic folder organization by genre or artist. The settings wizard guides you through the pipeline configuration, and you can re-open and adjust settings at any time — changes apply on the next run.
Agent DJ is a built-in AI assistant that understands your music collection. Ask questions about your library, get organization suggestions, or run batch operations through natural language — like asking it to find all tracks missing genre tags or suggest playlists for a specific vibe.
Yes. Before you pay, we present a full health report of your collection — showing every Clean, Enrich, and Enhance opportunity we've identified. You can see exactly what we'd fix and make your decision based on real results, not promises.
